Pizza Dough Calculator

Mix salt and water first, then add about 10% of your flour and mix well.
After that add the yeast. Then use a kitchen robot to mix the dough and gradually add the remaining flour. Then let the dough mix for about 20 minutes until smooth.

It should be sticky. Give it 2 hours at room temperature. Then split it into portions and give it at least another 4-6 hours in an airtight container. If you have time give it a rest for 48 hours in the fridge.
